This will help students learn many different ways to manage strong emotions. These are perfect for calm down corners, take a break areas, reset areas, etc. One of the posters is titled A to Z Coping Skills. Some of the strategies on this poster include; ask for help, take a breath, use a fidget tool, drink water, eat a snack, listen to music, journal, squeeze a stuffy, identify emotions, go on a nature walk, use origami, be kind to yourself, play a game, visualize a happy place, yoga, read, squeeze a stress ball, quiet time, take a break and many more. The other poster is titled Calming Techniques and it includes strategies such as; draw or color, breathe, stretch, count to ten, ask for a hug, play in nature, hug a stuffed animal, play with a quiet toy, listen to music and more.
