12 ADDITION CHARTS | Tables 1 to 12

Give students addition tables with spaces to fill in the sums. The charts organize repeated practice around a fixed addend, helping children notice how the answers change as they move along the table. Choose the tables that match the facts your class is learning. Students can use counters or count on when they need support, then revisit the same facts as their confidence grows.

13th (2016) – Complete Movie Guide for Grades 9-12 teaching resource preview

13th (2016) – Complete Movie Guide for Grades 9-12

The documentary 13th gets a 32-question video guide across seven timestamped segments, tracking the film from its opening minutes on global incarceration rates and the 13th Amendment to its closing minutes on the origins of Black Lives Matter. Early questions ask what the 13th Amendment abolished and how Civil Rights activists were treated and portrayed; later segments track U.S. prison-population growth by decade alongside the political decisions behind it, including the 'law and order' campaign, the war on drugs, the Willie Horton ad, and the three-strikes law, before closing on ALEC's ties to private prisons. A matching three-page answer key provides responses to the viewing questions and marks the final title reflection as open-ended, including exact prison-population figures at several points in time.
