Research and record ten facts about a chosen place of worship or a chosen religion

Shape those ten facts into a presented outcome - a PowerPoint or a poster - rather than a written answer sheet

The two sheets share their opening paragraph but set different briefs, so they work better a week apart, or split across a class, than handed out together.

Leave the first sheet's diagram visible while students research: Mandir and Gurdwara are the two terms most likely to be new, and the diagram is the only place either is defined.

Because the first brief invites a student to write about the place of worship their own family attends, decide before setting it how the finished work will be shared with the class.

Independent fact-finding - each sheet asks for ten facts and leaves the sources and the method entirely to the student.
