Many kids can name flat shapes, but it takes more time to understand the concept of 3D Shapes. In this resource, I have also included the visuals of real life examples to make the students understand the concept of solid shapes easily. This set includes flash cards that show common 3D shapes along with objects children realize they already know. Seeing the shapes connected to real things helps the idea click much faster. You may use these cards during circle time, small groups, and math centers. These cards can be used in different ways. In this SEL Posters resource, you will receive 2 child and student friendly posters informing students how to calm down and regulate their emotions. This will help students learn many different ways to manage strong emotions. These are perfect for calm down corners, take a break areas, reset areas, etc. One of the posters is titled A to Z Coping Skills. Some of the strategies on this poster include; ask for help, take a breath, use a fidget tool, drink water, eat a snack, listen to music, journal, squeeze a stuffy, identify emotions, go on a nature walk, use origami, be kind to yourself, play a game, visualize a happy place, yoga, read, squeeze a stress ball, quiet time, take a break and many more.
