The kids were mixing up "germination" and "seedling" so I needed something low pressure but still useful. It's a word search and a word scramble combined on one page. Nothing fancy. ⭐ The PDF is two pages — one student page and one answer key. I added a tiny seed drawing but kept it simple so it prints fine in black and white. The scramble trips them up on "cotyledon" every time which is actually good because then they ask and remember it. Word search is easier so I use that one for early finishers. ⭐ Works for grades 2 through 4. Print and go. Sometimes I tell them to pick one word and draw the stage it belongs to on the back. Takes about 15 minutes depending on the kid. They like it better than a worksheet.
