Quadratic Function Key Features - Mixed Forms - Worksheet
About This Product
This worksheet allows students to practice finding key features of a quadratic function when given as a graph or an equation. Equations are written in one of three forms: Standard Form, Vertex Form, or Intercept (Factored) Form. To be successful on this worksheet, students need to know how to find x and y-intercepts both graphically and algebraically (or with technology).
Students will be asked to find the following characteristics:
-Domain & Range
-X-intercept(s)
-Y-intercept
-Increasing/Decreasing intervals
-End Behavior
-Coordinate of Vertex
This worksheet works great as an in-class practice or as homework! It is also a great discussion tool to have students begin to notice patterns associated with a quadratic function and its characteristics and equation.
What's Included
-Worksheet: There are four graphs and four equations - for a total of eight functions.
