My name is Caylin! I have 8 years of teaching experience, half in 5th grade and half as an 8th grade science teacher. I also have a Masters in Educational Leadership for Principal-ship. All of my years of teaching have been in a Title I school, where many of the social/emotional needs were high. I found myself needing to take a step back and focus on Social Emotional Learning in my classroom, and then realizing that there was not much curriculum out there to choose from when it came to specific social and emotional needs. I also found it difficult to find time to squeeze SEL into an already jam-packed day! Out of this sparked most of the ideas for products in my shop. My products include several different types of social and emotional learning lessons/tools/printables all designed to help build a student-centered classroom where the individual needs of students are put above everything else!
