Get your students excited about writing with these transportation writing center vocabulary rings. These transportation word lists will provide students with many transportation themed words for them to use in their writing or drawings. These writing center vocabulary rings are ideal for preschoolers, kindergartners and first graders who are just beginning to write stories and put their ideas on paper. The rings provide a way to facilitate the process of writing words that students are not yet familiar with spelling on their own. What is Included: This packet contains 42 transportation vocabulary ring cards, and 4 different cover cards to create one large ring for all vehicles, or you can create a ring of land vehicles, a ring of water vehicles and a ring of air vehicles. How to Use: These transportation vocabulary rings can be laminated and placed in the writing center for students to refer to when writing. Students can flip through the cards easily to familiarize themselves with the different modes of transportation. The small nature of these cards allows teachers will small writing spaces the ability to add helpful writing aids for their students.
