Positive Self-Talk word search, scramble and crossword puzzle
Holiday & Seasonal, ELA, Reading, Language Development, Vocabulary, Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Word Searches, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables, Crosswords Puzzles
Positive Self-Talk word search, scramble and crossword puzzle I made this positive self-talk puzzle set for my 2nd and 3rd graders during our social-emotional learning unit. The kids could be hard on themselves but had no idea what words like positive, self-talk, or believe meant when we talked about the voice inside our heads. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like positive, self-talk, believe, can do it, try, strong, smart, kind, brave, and I can. Nothing fancy โ just puzzles to help the positive self-talk vocabulary finally stick. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess or indoor recess. The scramble gets them talking because they argue about whether saying "I can do it" actually helps you do it. The crossword I use for partners or as a review. I added a couple simple smiling face, star, and mirror drawings but nothing too busy. Works for 2nd through 4th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers write one positive thing they can say to themselves on the back. The kids actually ask for these now.

This activity is great for: Valentineโs Day classroom activities Building fine motor and hand strength Practicing colors and color words Tracing and early writing practice Centers, small groups, or independent work Preschool, Pre K, and Kindergarten learners ๐ How the activity works: Each page includes one heart in a specific color Students apply playdough to fill or outline the heart Students then trace the color phrase (e.g., red heart , blue heart ) that matches the heartโs color Clear, simple design makes it easy for young learners to follow Itโs an easy, low prep activity that keeps kids engaged while learning through play, perfect for adding a little Valentineโs Day fun to your day Enjoy!

Holiday & Seasonal, ELA, Reading, Language Development, Vocabulary, Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Word Searches, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables, Crosswords Puzzles
Kitchen Vocabulary word search, scramble and crossword puzzle I made this kitchen vocabulary puzzle set for my 1st and 2nd graders during our home and family unit. The kids loved helping in the kitchen but had no idea what words like stove, fridge, or cupboard meant when we talked about the things we use to cook and eat. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink, counter, cupboard, drawer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pan, pot, plate, bowl, cup, glass, fork, knife, spoon, and table. Nothing fancy โ just puzzles to help the kitchen vocabulary finally stick. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess or indoor recess. The scramble gets them talking because they argue about whether a stove and an oven are the same thing. The crossword I use for partners or as a review. I added a couple simple stove, fridge, and fork drawings but nothing too busy. Works for K through 2nd grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers draw their favorite kitchen item on the back. The kids actually ask for these now.

100th Day of School Coloring Sheets - 19 No Prep Pages K-5
Art, Creative Arts, 100's Day, Holidays, Holiday & Seasonal, Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Coloring Pages, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables, Activities
Some years you want the whole 100th day packet. Other years you want nineteen good pages and nothing else to store. This is the short set: 100th day of school coloring sheets you can print the night before and hand out the second the bell rings. What's Included 19 printable coloring designs in a 23-page PDF Bubble-letter "100" pages, school supply characters and counting-themed art A name and class page for the front of each child's set A short coloring tips page that works as a mini lesson on shading How Teachers Use It bell work on the 100th day itself a rotation station while small groups do the 100-piece building challenge something for early finishers that isn't another worksheet a folder of 100th day coloring sheets left ready for a substitute take-home practice for fine motor goals Why You'll Love It Nineteen pages is enough for a full week of centers and small enough to keep in one folder. The lines are bold, so a kindergartener with a fat crayon gets a good result and a fourth grader who wants to shade carefully gets one too. That range is hard to find in a single set of 100th day coloring pages, and it means you buy once instead of once per grade. I keep my copies in a plastic sleeve by the sub tub. Twice now it has saved a morning I did not plan for. Printing Black and white, plain letter paper, no adjustments. Print at 100 percent with no scaling so the borders stay even.
