Who is the Or video lesson for? It is suitable for all ages and abilities, including those with special needs. An adult should sit with the child for maximum benefit. It is better if an adult teaches the child him/herself, so this video can also be used to see how a phonic lesson can be taught, simply and cheaply at home.
