Gingerbread Man Spot the Difference Pictures Christmas Worksheets

Gingerbread Man Spot the Difference Pictures Christmas Worksheets
Holidays, Holiday & Seasonal, Christmas, Winter, Seasons, Infant, Toddler, Coloring Pages, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables

I created this Christmas-themed activity for young students who enjoy searching for small differences between pictures. Each page includes two similar Gingerbread or holiday scenes, and children are asked to find the changes between them. The drawings are clear and simple, so students can work independently without getting confused. This type of activity usually works well during the weeks before Christmas, especially when the class needs something calm and engaging. It can be used as a warm-up task, a fast-finisher activity, or a fun center during literacy time. I’ve used similar worksheets before, and students always get excited when they notice a difference that others didn’t see. The pack is easy to print and can be used in both color or black-and-white. It fits nicely into classroom routines or even at home for extra practice. What’s included: 20 different Spot-the-Difference pages Clear holiday illustrations Gingerbread and Christmas themes Suitable for ages 4–8 Great for individual or small-group work

Character Traits word search, scramble and crossword puzzle

Character Traits word search, scramble and crossword puzzle
Holiday & Seasonal, ELA, Reading, Language Development, Vocabulary, Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Word Searches, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables, Crosswords Puzzles

Character Traits word search, scramble and crossword puzzle I made this character traits puzzle set for my 3rd and 4th graders during our reading unit. The kids could describe a character as "nice" or "mean" but had no idea about deeper words like compassionate, courageous, or mischievous. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like kind, brave, honest, loyal, greedy, selfish, generous, humble, proud, curious, stubborn, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, courageous, mischievous, and determined. Nothing fancy — just puzzles to help the vocabulary of character description finally grow. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess. The scramble gets them talking because they argue about whether "greedy" is always bad. The crossword I use for partners. I added a couple simple happy and sad face drawings but nothing too busy. Works for 3rd through 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers describe a book character using two traits on the back. The kids actually ask for these now.

In this collection of fall-themed coping by coloring pages, your will receive 3 Halloween-related images, 1 Turkey, and 1 Scarecrow. The cute Halloween images are a Jack O Lantern, A cat on a broom, and a witches hat. There are 15 coping skills highlighted in this collection of coping skills coloring sheets. They are 1) Use a stress ball, 2) Take a walk, 3) Go out in nature, 4) Bake, 5) Read, 6) Draw or write, 7) Play with an animal or stuffy, 8) Play a sport, 9) Ask for a hug, 10) Talk to an adult, 11) Play a game, 12) Play with friends, 13) Breathe, 14) Listen to music, and 15) Think of a peaceful place. Types of Trees word search, scramble and crossword ⭐I made this types of trees puzzle set for my 3rd graders during our plant unit. The kids could name a maple tree but that was about it. They got bored quick when I tried to teach the difference between deciduous and evergreen. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using trees like oak, maple, pine, birch, willow, cedar, fir, and words like deciduous and conifer. Nothing fancy. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess. The scramble gets them talking because they mix up "deciduous" and "conifer" sometimes. The crossword I use for partners. I added a couple simple leaf and pinecone drawings but nothing too busy. Works for 2nd through 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I ask early finishers to pick a tree and draw its leaf on the back. The kids actually enjoy these.

April Fool's Day word search puzzle worksheet activity

April Fool's Day word search puzzle worksheet activity
Holiday & Seasonal, ELA, Reading, Language Development, Vocabulary, Kindergarten, Preschool, Grade 1, 2, 3, Word Searches, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables

April Fool's Day word search puzzle worksheet activity April Fool's Day Word Search - Classroom Fun! I made this silly word search for my 3rd graders last April Fool's Day, and they couldn't stop giggling while searching for the 24 hidden words. It's a simple 2-page PDF with classic prank words like "joke," "trick," and "giggle" mixed in with some surprise terms like "whoopee cushion" and "fake bug." The words are hidden in all directions (even backwards!) to keep kids challenged. I printed mine on bright yellow paper to match our "sunshine and smiles" theme that day. The second page has the answer key - which came in handy when my students insisted some words weren't really there! Perfect for: • Morning work on April 1st • A quick brain break between lessons • Early finishers during our joke-telling session Last year, we used the found words to create our own classroom prank list (harmless ones like switching name tags!). The kids loved finding "fake spill" right before I "accidentally" knocked over a glass of water (actually plastic wrap covering the cup!). Format: No-fuss PDF (2 pages) Teacher Tip: Time your students to see who can find all the prank-related words fastest!

Volume and Surface Area word search, scramble and crossword puzzle I made this volume and surface area puzzle set for my 5th graders during our measurement unit. The kids could find area of a flat shape but had no idea how to measure the space inside a 3D box or the total area of its outside. So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like volume, surface area, cube, rectangular prism, length, width, height, cubic units, square units, multiply, add, faces, edges, formula, and capacity. Nothing fancy — just puzzles to help the volume and surface area terms finally click. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess. The scramble gets them talking because they argue about whether volume is measured in square or cubic units. The crossword I use for partners. I added a couple simple box drawings with labeled dimensions but nothing too busy. Works for 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers find the volume of a box that is 3 by 2 by 4 on the back. The kids actually ask for these now.

Trees of North America word search, scramble and crossword puzzle

Trees of North America word search, scramble and crossword puzzle
Holiday & Seasonal, ELA, Reading, Language Development, Vocabulary, Not Grade Specific, Word Searches, Worksheets, Worksheets & Printables

Trees of North America word search, scramble and crossword puzzle I made this trees of North America puzzle set for my 3rd and 4th graders during our science unit on plants and ecosystems. The kids could name a few common trees like oak and pine, but they had no idea about the amazing variety of native trees or what words like conifer, deciduous, or canopy meant when we talked about forests . So I put together a word search, a word scramble, and a crossword using words like oak, maple, pine, cedar, spruce, birch, elm, hickory, walnut, hemlock, aspen, sycamore, and beech . Nothing fancy — just puzzles to help the vocabulary finally stick. The PDF is four pages. Three puzzles plus one answer key page. The word search works well for quiet time after recess or independent practice. The scramble gets them talking because they argue about the spelling of "sycamore" or whether a maple and a sycamore are the same thing (they're not, but the kids always have opinions about it). The crossword I use for partners or as a review after we've looked at pictures and leaf shapes . I added a couple simple leaf, pinecone, and acorn drawings but nothing too busy. Works for 3rd through 5th grade. Print and go. Sometimes I have early finishers pick one tree from the puzzles and draw its leaf or write a fun fact about it on the back . The kids actually ask for these now.
