On each page you will find 4 cards, which in total make 50 cards with numbers from 1 to 50. - How to play: You must cut out all the cards and distribute them among your students. Here it is important to emphasize that this group is preferably played in groups of 5 to 10 children. Then they will start with the number 1 or any other number. Then the child takes the card and says "Hey, pay attention, I have the number 5, and who has the number 23?" And so on until all the numbers from 1 to 50 are found. In this way, children will practice pronunciation as well as visual exercise and will be able to easily recognize the numbers from 1 to 50.

Through this engaging Career Exploration Project students will explore jobs in different sectors including: healthcare, education, tourism, business, medicine, and more! This project is unique as it encourages students to think creatively and research less common options for careers, instead of only the stereotypes we always talk about. So, instead of doctor in the healthcare field, what about a phlebotomist, a heart valve specialist, or a paediatric nurse? Instead of a president in the field of government, what about a speech writer, a social media expert, or a municipal clerk? There are so many varied jobs out there- and many of them students don't even know exist. Each student will be assigned one career sector. You can pick yourself, or let your students choose what they are most interested in. They will think of three of the common stereotypical jobs in that sector. Then, they will do research to discover four more unique or less common options. For each new career they think of, they must find out the education required to get that job the skills needed before you can be hired the daily activities that you will do the pay range At the end, students can pick their favourite option from the four new careers they have researched and present what they have discovered to the class. Grades to Use With: This project is great to use with high school students (in grades 8-12) in regular or special education classes. It would work well for a career and personal planning course! This ninjas reading comprehension contains the following: Visualize on the Cover (Teacher Read Aloud Script) Start your lesson by taking a few moments to visualize the topic and share thoughts or feelings about it. Pre-Reading Trivia Students will write down one thing they already know about the subject and then read five more facts and discuss. These facts are fun, and the students will enjoy learning about the subject before reading more. Reading Passage The text is a high-interest reading passage with set paragraphs, roughly three to four paragraphs long. It contains a variety of themes about the topic, anywhere from history to technology. The passage is between 250 and 350 words in length. Mixed Questions The first question page contains four multiple-choice questions, each with a choice of four answers, and three written response questions that require a sentence or two from the student. Vocabulary Questions Practice seven key words from the text in this section across two activities. First section is scrambled words where students will unscramble three words given a clue for each. The second section is a word to meaning matching activity. These 5-in-1 cards are a helpful addition to any preschool or kindergarten phonics program and can be used all year long! There are six images for every letter of the alphabet (even X and Z!). The name of each image is typed below it with the initial consonant left as a blank. The images are cute, colourful, and fun. Lots of numbers, animals, and transportation words are provided. Also, some more challenging and unique words are included. How to Use: These cards can be used in a variety of ways in your classroom. Here are a few ideas: 1) To use the cards as a mystery book: print all the pages for one letter and staple them together as a book. “Read” the book to the class, and ask them to guess the letter of the week. 2) To save paper, you could show the slides on a projector or interactive whiteboard instead of printing a paper book. 3) When printed in colour, they make great posters for your classroom. Choose your favourite from each letter and hang them as your alphabet! 4) Print some images from each letter (4 or 6 per page) to use as flashcards to help reinforce sounds.
