This Writing Exercise: Pencil Day - March 30th resource is design for students to research and learn about Pencil Day while also write a composition that would include at least 2-3 paragraphs with the following information: - How pencils are made? - What are the ingredients of a pencil in order to be made? - What is the kiln used for in crafting pencils? - What is the most commonly used wood to produce pencils? If students find more information that required they would be welcome to include the information in their writing. Students can present their findings in different ways: Oral presentation, posters , digital slides, brochures, etc. While they also are required to turn in this resource!
