Initially, Kroc faces challenges in expanding the business due to his lack of capital and the brothers' insistence on maintaining strict quality control. To overcome these obstacles, Kroc takes on a driven and ambitious approach. He convinces investors and recruits franchisees, gradually building a McDonald's empire. However, as the business grows, conflicts arise between Kroc and the McDonald brothers over the direction and control of the company. Driven by his desire for success and financial gain, Kroc eventually seizes control of the company from the McDonald brothers and establishes himself as the founder of the McDonald's corporation.
