Addition Practice Worksheet

Addition Practice Worksheet
Math, Addition and Subtraction, Addition, Kindergarten, Preschool, Worksheets & Printables, Worksheets

This is an Addition Practice Worksheet for your students to complete. Students will get to practice the numbers 1-12 in this activity. There are 4 pages in all. There are 3 boxes on each page. Within each box, there are a certain number of little jellybeans. Students will count the jellybeans and write the total number in the box. This can be printed and distributed to students for an early finisher or independent activity. You can also print and laminate these pages. Students can use dry erase markers to write their answer. This way it can be easily erased/wiped off and used again. You can turn this into a fun competition activity by seeing which student can get all the right answers first! You could also utilize this addition activity in small groups so you can assess student mastery. You are looking to see if students can correctly count objects. Furthermore, you are looking to see if they can write the correct answers. Sometimes, students can verbalize the number, but cannot correctly write the number. By using this activity during small group, you can figure out which students have mastered this, and which students need additional support. This may be an ongoing activity used in a preschool class. It will also be resourceful at the start of the school year in a kindergarten classroom.

AR Phonics Worksheets: 5 FREE!
Phonics, Language Development, ELA, Spelling, Special Education Needs (SEN), Special Resources, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Worksheets & Printables, Worksheets

5 FREE AR Phonics Worksheets — For 5–6-Year-Olds and ESL/EFL Learners Teaching phonics effectively doesn't have to mean hours of preparation. These ready-to-use worksheets have been designed with busy parents and teachers in mind — clear, purposeful, and straightforward to pick up and use from the first session. This free sample pack contains five worksheets focusing on the CK spelling pattern. While the sound itself is introduced early in most phonics programmes, these worksheets are pitched at a higher level — they expect more of the pupil. The activities are designed for children who are ready to work with greater independence, handle more on a page, and apply what they know rather than recognise it. That makes them equally well suited to higher-achieving five and six-year-olds and to older ESL and EFL learners working through English spelling conventions for the first time. Each worksheet has been carefully structured to build confidence and reinforce learning through focused reading and spelling practice, with some comprehension work included where appropriate. The clean, uncluttered layout keeps the emphasis on the sound and the task. Suitable for: Home educators Classroom teachers Tutors SEN teachers ESL and EFL teachers Working at grades: Year 1 / Grade 1 / Ages 5–6 (higher-achieving), and older ESL/EFL learners. Eco-friendly printing Black and white throughout, so printing costs stay low. These worksheets sit alongside any phonics programme you are already using. Whether you are following a school scheme, home educating, or supporting a learner with additional needs, they slot in without disrupting your existing approach. Collect the series! They can be found in Lilibette's Resources store. For fully differentiated lessons, see also our packs for less able/younger pupils!
