Hi Teach Simple Contributors!
We have created this outline for all contributors to make it easier for everyone to add as much information as needed to describe your resources in the best way possible. Additionally, to be successful in reaching the minimum word-count of 200 – and potentially reach 300 to benefit from the incentives!
Please note that this guide will not limit contributors from adding pertinent information from individual resources that may not be covered on the outline.
To describe any resource at Teach Simple please follow the guideline when applicable:
- Add an exciting introduction to your resource!
- Add the name of the resource highlighted and follow it by the main objective for which this resource was created.
- Describe the resource’s organization by listing the outline/sections/activities/steps, etc.
- Describe the resource by including the following information:
- What grade levels or groups of students (ex. Adult education, teacher training, etc) is this resource suitable for?
- What are the different ways this resource can be implemented (i.e. whole group, small group, homework assignment, etc.)
- Are answers included in the resource?
- Use the same words from TAGs in sentence form to further describe topics for which the resource may be useful.
- How to use, and variations of activities while using the resource
- Does this resource meet certain standards (Common Core, TEKS, Ontario, etc.)?
- Do you have similar resources? Add the link to such a resource, or if there is a collection, just add the link to your TS storefront!
- Add your email address in case customers would like to contact you with questions or comments about your resource!
- For the What’s included section:
- What types of file(s)? How many pages per file?
