If you are a premium member of Teach Simple but cannot download products or cancel your subscription, you have either a late payment, an ad blocker activated or accidentally logged into the wrong account.
First, Check if You Have A Late Payment:
First, let’s check to see if you are missing a payment. If your account is behind, you will no longer be able to download new resources. Once logged in, under the “My Account” page, you will see a warning message like below. If you can see this message, you have logged into the correct account but need to make a payment to proceed to download products.
Do You Have An Adblocker or Pop-Up Blocker On?
Occasionally, we see that ad blockers or pop-up blockers such as Ublock or Adblock can cause issues when customers try to download products. Please ensure that you are not running these browser extensions while on Teach Simple, as they can interfere with being able to download products and also being able to navigate through the cancellation process.
Are You Logged Into The Wrong Account?
Your account is associated with the email address or social login when you first register your account. Therefore, you must use the same email or social login path to log back into the same account.
You have logged into the wrong account if you have a premium membership but can’t download or cancel your subscription and have confirmed you do not have a late payment.

Please note that currently (As of March 15th, 2022), only desktop users can sign in via Social login (Facebook and Google) and that we are phasing out Facebook login altogether.
